Purpose:
At Plataforma Granada Workshop, S.L. we process the information you provide us with in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, in order to manage the services we provide you with or that you request from us via the website. All data requested (name, e-mail, and those included in the form) are strictly necessary for the management of the service, including the existence of possible automated decisions, not elaborating profiles in any case.
Storage:
Your personal data will be stored in the Register of Processing Activities: Attendees. The purpose of said processing is to manage the service requested through the form as well as to carry out the invoicing of the same.
Retention:
The data provided will be kept for the time necessary for the processing of the service, fulfilling the purpose for which they are collected or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Communication and International Transfer:
The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation and for the provision of the services offered, so it is necessary to do so as is the case of the Organisers of the congress and could be the case of accommodation, hotels, restaurants, catering, transport companies and other services given within the management to be carried out, guaranteeing the maximum level of confidentiality already regulated with the different service providers of the company (the Company has all the information relating to these service providers, so that it can be consulted on request), and international data transfers are not foreseen.
Legitimation:
The processing of your data is legitimised by the express consent of the data subject, who voluntarily submits them through the form by means of a clear affirmative action.
Age:
Users under 14 years of age need the consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives for sending the form. The user acknowledges that he/she is over 14 years of age or has the corresponding consent of his/her parents, guardians or legal representatives for sending the form.

Regarding to commercial communications, Plataforma Granada Workshop, S.L. undertakes NOT TO SEND COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS WITHOUT IDENTIFYING THEM AS SUCH, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. All information sent to the User of the Plataforma Granada Workshop, S.L. portal shall not be considered to be commercial communications, provided that its purpose is to maintain the contractual relationship existing between the User and Plataforma Granada Workshop, S.L., as well as to carry out information, training and other activities pertaining to the service that the client/user has contracted with the Entity.
Plataforma Granada Workshop, S.L. hereby undertakes NOT TO ENGAGE IN MISLEADING ADVERTISING. For these purposes, therefore, any formal or numerical errors that may be found throughout the content of the different sections of the Plataforma Granada Workshop, S.L. website, caused as a consequence of incomplete or faulty maintenance and/or updating of the information contained in these sections, shall not be considered misleading advertising. Plataforma Granada Workshop, S.L., in accordance with the provisions of this section, undertakes to correct these errors as soon as it becomes aware of them.
REGISTRATION
All entries will be subject to the conditions of entry set out in this document.
If any aspect is not covered in this document, it will be regulated according to the legislation in force in Spain.
All prices shown on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax).
In order to register, the attendee must read all the information provided on the website, which details the description of the amounts, additional services to be contracted, speakers, programme, venue, accommodation, contents, information for authors and other information of interest (place, date, timetable, etc.) and the Conditions of registration. In case of any doubts, attendees should contact info@grxworkshop.com before registering and paying by e-mail to resolve any possible doubts.
Conditions of registration:
Places will be filled in strict order of registration.
Confirmation of the place will be sent by e-mail.
Withdrawal: Cancellation requests must be sent to info@grxworkshop.com. The refund is subject to the date on which the cancellation is requested. 100% of the registration fee may be refunded or no refund at all.
In the automatic registration email you receive you will find our cancellation policy with the possible cancellation request and refund dates. After these dates you will not be able to request cancellation.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
(l) the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than the provision of accommodation, transport of goods, car hire, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made and within a period of no more than 14 days from the date of cancellation.
